Action: Analyze sheep harvest and discuss management options with everybody

The first step in this action is to analyze hunting patterns and harvest along easy access areas and then get a focus group (including the ARRC, YTG, CAFN, KFN, Yukon Fish & Game Association, outfitters and others) to develop a management strategy.
