Action: Develop and maintain a community observation system

On-the-ground monitoring of wildlife status will be part of the Game Guardian duties (see Harvest) but a broader system needs to be developed and maintained (see recommendation to the YFWMB). As well, outfitters will be contacted at the end of the hunting season to record their documented sightings of wildlife.
