Actions: Work to create special management areas based on habitat inventory.

This program has been deferred to the third year of the plan to allow sufficient time for the other habitat inventory actions to provide clear direction on what areas should receive special attention. Some suggestions from the workshop were Jarvis-Kloo Lake wetlands, there is also a land reserve on Kusawa Lake for eventual territorial park status. No Special Management Areas have yet been designated through the CAFN Final Agreement.
