Solution 2: Manage CAFN harvest according to traditional hunting areas.

Most hunting activities by CAFN are related to traditional hunting areas based on family use, present and former village locations, traplines etc. First Nations harvest management should therefore be based on these areas in relation to the sustainable harvest of moose in the management units plus coordination with the resident permit system.
