Request voluntary harvest report by air-charter operators

With the present means of summarizing harvests by Yukon residents, there is no way to tell where localized overhunting may be occurring. Similarly, the impression that overhunting is occurring may not be accurate. Local air-charter operators could contribute valuable information and should be given the opportunity to participate in this plan.
