Get information on bear management options from other places

A report will be prepared which describes management experiences with grizzlies elsewhere in relation to the Finlayson Caribou Herd situation with regards to likely effectiveness, costs etc. before considering any type of grizzly management program. This should be delayed until 1998/1999 when YTG will have hired a bear specialist for the Yukon.
