Review 1988 Faro Sheep plan

Hunting sheep could make them less able to tolerate industrial disturbances. Studies have shown that sheep that are exposed to hunting are less able to tolerate industrial disturbance. Part of the range of the Fannin sheep population that crosses through the Anvil Range property is already open to hunting. It is possible that if other parts of its range are also opened to hunting, the sheep's tolerance of the developed portion of their range may decline. This and other concerns could be addressed through a review of the 1988 Sheep management plan for the mine site, RRDC was not involved in the original plan and should be a participant in the review and revision of it.
